President Jack Dhooghe called the Meeting to order at 3:36 pm. Present were Members, Jack Dhooghe, Dave Elliott, Richard Martin, Verlin Schauer, Mark Shook and Lee Wolford and Members elect: Lynn French and Mark Robinson.

Certify those elected

Verlin Schauer withdrew in favor of Mark Robinson.

The 2005 Board is:

Lee Wolford

Accepted and ratified by unanimous consent of all board members. All members accepted their positions in writing as required.

Election of officers.

Lee Wolford nominated Jack Dhooghe as President. 2^nd by Richard Martin.

Mark Shook nominated Lynn French for President, and Jack Dhooghe for Vice President. 2^nd by Mark Robinson.

3 voted in favor of Jack Dhooghe

4 voted in Favor of Lynn French

Lynn French was elected President.

Jack Dhooghe declined the nomination for Vice President.

Richard Martin was elected VP.

Mark Shook declined the nomination for Secretary, and 2^nd the nomination for Mark Robinson who was elected unopposed.

Dave Elliott was elected unopposed for Treasurer.

Next meeting was set for June 14^th 2005, at 3pm.

The meeting was Adjourned at 3:55 PM.
